Our beach home is a tri-level townhome.  There are a total of 6 townhomes in our complex.  Each of them are privately owned.

The beach home consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each.  The bedrooms are located on the third floor of the home.  

There is a sofa bed in the living room which also folds out into a queen size bed.  The living room is located on the second floor of the home.

There are 2.5 baths.  One bathroom is located in the Master Bedroom.  The other full bathroom is accessed by a hallway adjacent to the two guest bedrooms.  The half bath is located on the second floor next to the washer and dryer/laundry room.

There is NO Telephone Land Line in the home.  We do have Internet Wi-Fi.
